Call for Speakers

The Call for Speakers is Open!

Deadline to Apply: July 31

Share Your Expertise. Strengthen Our Community. We're inviting dynamic speakers, facilitators, and thought leaders to apply to present at the Women's Summit in Detroit this October—a two-day event dedicated to cultivating the professional growth, leadership development, and collective power of women in employee ownership.

Why Speak at the Women's Summit?

This is your opportunity to do more than present—it's a chance to build something together. Cultivate professional and leadership development for women across employee-owned companies. Build a vibrant, supportive community of women and allies committed to advancing employee ownership

You'll also walk away with something valuable yourself: a nationwide network of professionals who are serious about deepening their connections in the EO community—and a room full of people just as passionate about this work as you are.

What We're Looking For

Sessions at the Women's Summit are designed to be participatory and community-driven, not just lecture-style. We ask that all sessions follow this format:

  • 40% presenter-led education
  • 60% hands-on small group activity

Session titles, descriptions, and learning objectives are up to you—but content should align with the broader framework of topics presented by the NCEO. We want sessions that spark conversation, deepen connection, and send attendees home with something they can actually use.
