The Journal of Employee Ownership Law and Finance is the only professional journal in the U.S. devoted to employee ownership. Published quarterly by the NCEO, the Journal contains a variety of articles exploring the legal, financial, and other issues surrounding employee ownership in a manner that is usually accessible to both the layperson and the specialist. Although many of the best articles end up in our books, where they are updated when needed, some do not and are available only if you buy a printout of the article or, where available, buy the entire issue in which it appeared. This page lets you order those articles and issues online (for our regular publications, see our standard order form).

Select your desired shipping method (the default selection is standard shipping). In addition to shipping, sales tax is charged (except for Journal subscriptions, as opposed to back issues and article printouts) if you are in California.

Standard Shipping: Within the U.S., FedEx Ground (1-5 days transit time) at a cost of $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Outside the U.S., we use Global Priority Mail or whatever else is available and charge the exact shipping cost plus a $10 handling surcharge. (There is no shipping charge for Journal subscriptions.)

FedEx Express: Standard Overnight service in the U.S. and International Priority service outside the U.S. You pay the actual shipping cost. FedEx Express orders received by 1 p.m. West Coast Time (U.S.) on a weekday are processed and shipped that day, except when we are closed for a holiday.
