Order Form

Complete each numbered section in the form below as needed and then click on the "Continue" button at the bottom. Your browser will then switch to secure mode and display a summary of your order, which you then can complete by paying securely online with your credit card--or, if you prefer, by faxing or mailing your order with your payment, or by asking to be invoiced if you're already an NCEO member. Orders are shipped within a day when possible. (If you just want to print out an order form and fill in the blanks by hand, we have a simplified order form for that purpose.)

CEPI students: use our CEPI textbook order page (see your CEPI materials for the URL).

If you only want to join as a member (not order books or register for meetings), you can use our streamlined membership signup form instead.

You also can order by phone; just call us at (510) 208-1300 with your credit card in hand.

(4) Names of Meeting Attendees & Misc. Details

Add any other ordering information or comments, such as the names of meeting attendees, below:

(5) Shipping Method

Select your desired shipping method (the default selection is standard shipping). If you are just registering for a meeting or Webinar, or buying something like a list that is emailed, just leave it there because there is no shipping charge for such purchases; the "shipping" amount will be zero.

Standard Shipping: Within the U.S., FedEx Ground (1-5 days transit time) at a cost of $5 for the first book and $1 for each additional book; booklet shipping charges are about 10% of that. Outside the U.S., we use Global Priority Mail or whatever else is available and charge the exact shipping cost plus a $10 handling surcharge. (There is no shipping charge for membership or subscriptions; those materials are usually sent via U.S. Mail, or airmail if outside the U.S.)
FedEx Express: Standard Overnight service in the U.S. and International Priority service outside the U.S. You pay the actual shipping cost. Warning! FedEx rates have increased, and a single book can easily cost $50 to ship overnight within the U.S. FedEx Express orders received by 1 p.m. West Coast Time (U.S.) on a weekday are processed and shipped that day, except when we are closed for a holiday.
If you chose FedEx Express, then either:
Check here to charge FedEx Express delivery to your credit card
or
Check here and enter your FedEx account number:

(6) Payment Method

Select your desired payment method:

Secure online credit card ordering: This is the usual method.
Fax or mail credit card information: This creates a form you can fax or mail with your credit card information.
Check: This creates a form you can print and mail with a check (U.S. residents only).
Invoice via direct online order: If you're an NCEO member, you can be invoiced with your order.

PAYMENT CODES:
If you were given any codes to enter, type them in the box(es) above after selecting your payment method.
