New Purchasing Preference Certifications
The NCEO Register is our new initiative to help qualified employee-owned companies compete for purchasing preferences. In our current launch phase, 100% ESOP-owned companies are eligible for a limited number of certification types. Learn more and stay informed at the NCEO Register page, where we will also post more detailed information about the program requirements and future expansion to new types of certifications and employee ownership, from place-based to coverage of worker cooperatives.
Peer Networking Groups
Our seven peer networking groups meet regularly online throughout the year and are also meeting in-person here in Salt Lake City. (Find them under Event Info > Peer Networking Opportunities in your conference app.)
Learn more about each group:
The Ownership Culture Survey
Our workforce survey for employee-owned companies measures all aspects of ownership culture. Companies use the survey to set goals and measure progress in their culture and engagement efforts, aided by benchmarks to other employee-owned companies.
Facilitating Acquisitions
A directory of employee-owned companies seeking to make acquisitions will launch in the May update of our toolkit on being acquired by an ESOP company.
Legacy Fund
Make a contribution in honor of ESOP champions Greg Brown and Bob Smiley.
New Research
The preview of the latest round of results from the NCEO’s analysis of data from the National Longitudinal Surveys of the Bureau of Labor Statistics is not yet public. It will be available on the NCEO website as soon as possible. In the meantime, the prior rounds of the research are available at OwnershipEconomy.org.
