We’re excited to announce that the 2025 National Employee-Owner Summit will be happening on February 24–25, 2025, in Mesa, AZ.

Hosted and staffed by the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC), the National Employee-Owner Summit is a two-day, off-site training program where employee-owners learn from and interact with their peers from other ESOP companies. In small groups, structured exercises, and informal discussions, employee-owners develop new skills and a new perspective on employee ownership at their respective companies.

Unlike typical conferences, the two-day Summit is capped at 40 participants and consists of high-engagement activities such as mini-forums, presentations, teamwork exercises, and interactive games. Attendees will emerge with a better understanding of what an ESOP is, how they benefit from being a participant in one, and best practices on building an ownership culture.

The program is designed primarily for hourly and salaried non-managerial employees and provides them with an opportunity to learn with and from their peers. Members of the OEOC's Employee-Owned Network or of the NCEO receive discounts on Summit registrations, and the benefits are increased when multiple employee-owners from your company attend the Summit.
