This past week, we kicked off the 2025 NCEO events year with Is an ESOP Right for You? in the heart of Austin, TX. With 40 passionate attendees, the event was a perfect blend of insights, networking, and forward-thinking conversations.
From the very start, the energy was palpable. Our spirited roundtable discussions led by ESOP experts from across the employee ownership field allowed participants to dive deep into the nuances of ESOPs, exploring both the opportunities and challenges they present. The diversity of backgrounds in the room made for engaging conversations that pushed everyone to think critically about their company’s future as well as the potential impact of ESOP ownership. Our expert speakers shared not only invaluable knowledge on ESOP feasibility, transaction structures, and benefits but also real-world employee-owner experiences, leaving the audience with a clear sense of direction and actionable takeaways to launch their ESOP journeys. The dynamic presentations were complemented by open discussions, creating a well-rounded learning experience.
Beyond the content, the setting of Austin added to the event’s charm. With its vibrant energy and creative atmosphere, the Downright Austin provided the perfect backdrop for what was truly an amazing experience. We left the event feeling inspired, connected, and energized to continue the conversation around employee ownership.
