The NCEO's commitments to you

We at the NCEO have always seen ourselves as your partners. We exist to make employee ownership thrive, and that mission determines what we do: serve the needs of you who are reading this.

The annual conference is the single biggest activity the NCEO undertakes every year. We believe it is essential to the well-being of the employee ownership world, and it is unquestionably essential to the well-being and sustainability of the NCEO.

Even though the coronavirus outbreak has shaken everyone—you, your companies, and the NCEO—we are still your partner. As your partner, we will do our best to help you weather this storm, and we will also ask for help from those of you who can.

To that end, we make these commitments:

  • We will offer you choices so you can make decisions about what is best for you. We will work hard to make the range of choices fair to you while allowing the NCEO to remain a strong, viable organization.
  • We will act fairly, ethically, and in the interest of the entire employee ownership community in mind.
  • We will be transparent.
  • We will listen to you.

Please be patient with us as we work hard to manage a sudden transition from an in-person conference to a virtual event. We welcome your ideas, so we can work together to come through this pandemic as strong as we can.
