Combining ESOP experience with her sunny disposition, Cecilia Garcia offers training, tools, and ownership culture services to ESOPs nationwide. Cecilia has helped thousands of ESOP participants, company leaders, HR professionals and committee members understand how their ESOP works. She joined the ESOP communication team at Blue Ridge after several years answering participant questions for some of the most complex ESOPs in the country. As a native Spanish speaker who also "speaks ESOP," she has successfully navigated the culture and language barriers to building ESOP appreciation.
