Welcome to our new website!

Q: How do I log in?

A: Your username is your email address. Log in by clicking “Login” at the upper right of the screen. You can change your password by clicking the Reset Password button on the login page.

Q: Why isn't my old login working?

A: If your login isn't working, reset your password to continue. We've recently upgraded our website! Our new account system has replaced our old one, so reset your password to finalize your account setup in the new system. If you're still seeing an issue, call us at 510-208-1300 or use the Contact Us form.

Q: How do I know which email address I used? What if I want to change my email address?

A: If you are having difficulty with the email address attached to your account, or if you'd like to change the email address that is attached to your account, please call us at 510-208-1300 or use the Contact Us form.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I request a new one?

A: Click "Reset Password" on the login screen. 

Q: What happened to digital products I'd purchased previously / what happened to my order history?

A: Orders from before our new website launched in December 2024 aren't accessible in our new system. We are very glad to promptly help you get access to any files or receipts you need: call us at 510-208-1300 or use the Contact Us form. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: I can't find my favorite page!

A: We are very glad to help you find what you're looking for. If you're not finding something in our search (magnifying glass at the top of every page), call us at 510-208-1300 or use the Contact Us form

Q: How do I join or renew as a member?

A: Use the yellow button at the top right hand corner of the screen, which says “Join” or “Renew” depending on whether you are logged in as a member. 

Q: How do I pay an invoice via ACH?

A: If you don't have an invoice but want to pay with ACH, email accounting@nceo.org and request an invoice.

Q: Where is the members’ area / where are my member resources? 

A: Enjoy your all-new member portal at Member Home (linked from the upper right of your screen).

Q: How do I access my digital publication download(s)?

A: After you purchase a digital book, you can download it immediately from the confirmation page, and you also can download it anytime by going to My Account and clicking the Files tab. 

Q: How do I access webinar replays?

A: As a logged-in member, a user can watch a webinar replay by going to Events and clicking Webinar Replays. Click the title of the desired webinar, and the replay video will be available towards the bottom of the page. 

Q: Where is the service provider directory?

A: Click here to navigate directly to the directory.

Q: Where is the Certified Equity Professional Prep Course information?
