NCEO members love meeting fellow employee-owners at our educational events, but opportunities for B2B collaboration can be missed simply due to the likelihood of organically meeting someone in the correct industry at an event that brings together hundreds or thousands of employee-owners. This problem carries over into smaller events as well. In order to increase B2B collaboration within the employee ownership community, two 100% employee-owned companies, GO2 Partners and Guttman Holdings, joined forces to create EO-Connection, a free and interactive online platform that helps employee-owners identify and contact other ESOPs for B2B opportunities.
