Apply for the Working Better Award by February 28

The Working Better Award recognizes companies that develop high-engagement employee-owned workplaces. Applicant companies complete a brief application and work with the NCEO to administer a free 25-item employee survey that measures qualities vital to developing a successful, engaged workplace. An award committee will determine the winners using the survey results, as well as the company's application responses. Winners will be announced at the 2013 Employee Ownership Conference in Seattle, WA.
