CEPI Extends Risks and Controls Project to Restricted Stock Awards/Units

The Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University has launched its next round of research, extending its risks and controls project to restricted stock awards and restricted stock units. This research follows the completion by the CEPI of the first round of its GPS - Guidance, Procedures, and Systems research project.
