Employee Ownership at Change.Org

Change.org (not to be confused with the official Obama site of change.gov) is a nonprofit that is gathering ideas on policy to present to the new administration. Other prominent nonprofits will join in the effort. The ideas are coming from a grass-roots effort through postings on its Web site. The top 10 will be presented. Democratizing the economy from the ground up (mostly through employee ownership) received many votes (see here). I have an extensive posting there on the topic.
