First Annual Employee Ownership Innovation Awards Entrants Sought

NCEO founder and senior staff member

The annual Innovations in Employee Ownership Award is a new program jointly developed by the NCEO and the Beyster Institute to recognize outstanding achievement in innovative employee ownership practices. The awards will be announced at the joint NCEO-Beyster Institute 2006 annual conference in Minnesota (April 26-28), and winners will receive free conference registration and be asked to discuss their practices on a panel. The awards are made possible by the support of TEOCO, an employee-owned software company.

Innovations can be in any area, including plan structures and financing, employee involvement programs, open-book management, and communications. Companies interested in applying should contact Loren Rodgers at [email protected].
