New Academic Journal on Participation and Employee Ownership

Launched in 2018, the academic Journal of Participation and Employee Ownership will publish "original empirical and theoretical research in the broad area of employee participation and shared capitalism." The editors are Harvard professor Richard Freeman and Takao Kato of Colgate University. The journal will release 15 papers during 2018, all of which will be publicly available.
