Expanding ESOPs Launches Its Ask an ESOP Expert Q&A Series

Expanding ESOPs, a new coalition formed to encourage more employee stock ownership as a viable path to bring new vitality to the American economy, has just launched its Ask an ESOP Expert Q&A series on LinkedIn.

The first installment features Jesse Tyler, senior associate experience specialist at Hypertherm Associates, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting systems based in New Hampshire. Among other things, Jesse is responsible for introducing new hires to employee ownership and the company’s ownership culture.

For three years, Jesse hosted the Owner to Owner podcast, where he interviewed countless worker-owners nationwide about how working at an ESOP company has impacted their lives. Now, Expanding ESOPs is turning the tables in its Q&A series, positioning Jesse as the interviewee and asking him about his nearly 20 years of advocating for worker ownership.
