New ESOP B2BPlatform Launched

My colleagues and I at the NCEO are often asked to help connect companies to each other. Whether connecting business owners to ESOP sellers; connecting HR directors, CFAs, or ESOP communication committees to their peers; or identifying potential ESOP company-made holiday gifts, we've tried to help bridge those gaps wherever possible.

But we haven't focused on fostering business relationships between different ESOP-owned businesses. Two companies from the NCEO community have taken it upon themselves to address this potential opportunity.

Jim O’Brien, CEO of GO2 Partners and Joe Lucot, CEO of Guttman Holdings, both lead 100% employee-owned companies. After meeting at an employee ownership community event, they discussed the need for ESOP companies to more easily connect with other employee-owned companies to promote one another’s products and services, and support one another’s businesses. From there, Jim and Joe developed the concept behind EO-Connection and recently rolled out a new platform to accomplish exactly that.
