Scott has over 20Â years of experience working with Plan Sponsors and other key advisors providing administration and consulting services related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans. In addition to duties related to plan administration he is also a member of Blue Ridge,s ESOP share repurchase forecasting team.
He is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and holds the QKC designation and membership in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
