Rosita Choy has spent more than 25 years working on racial and social justice issues in organizations such as Amnesty International and the American Association of University Women. As a consultant, she facilitates and coaches organizations and individuals in the discussion of power--explicitly racism and other forms of oppression--as they exist in society and manifest in specific work environments. She supports groups in having these conversations and taking steps to create healthy, sustainable, and equitable work cultures.

Christine Smaglia has over six years of experience conducting environmental assessments, performing program evaluations, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Since joining NMR in 2017, Christine’s work has included non-energy impact evaluation, net to gross estimation, energy savings potential analysis, and process and program evaluations. Prior to joining NMR, her work focused on analyzing the environmental impact of food service operations nationwide and developing recommendations to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.

Sandy Mejia joined NMR in May of 2021. His responsibilities include conducting onsite energy audits and analysis, on-site field collection and building science data analysis. Sandy holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He enjoys learning about new methods on creating a more sustainable environment. He actively participates in opportunities to help give back to his community. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing board games.

Calissa Jones joined NMR in August 2021. Her responsibilities include conducting onsite energy audits and analysis, on-site field collection, and building science data analysis. Calissa holds a B.S. in Biology, a B.A. in Political Science, and a certificate in Diplomacy from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about environmental stewardship and formerly worked on shoreline restoration and oyster monitoring projects in Florida. In her free time, she enjoys performing improv, reading, or playing board games with friends.
