Nelson Parrish, II, is a thought leader with over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of processes and programs to facilitate individual effectiveness and organizational productivity. With an emphasis on integrating leadership, diversity, and change management, he enables people and organizations to communicate across differences, manage change, and maximize effectiveness. Areas of professional expertise include Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging, Change Management, and Group Facilitation. Before being a consultant, he was a manager of people and processes in the financial services industry. Formerly Vice President of Organizational Development & Inclusion, one of his achievements was to design, implement, and measure significant systems change processes that increased competence in diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership effectiveness, culture change diversity, and organizational performance. Nelson has done Organizational Development Consulting, BAE Systems, the Defense Intelligence Agency, Covanta, Wells Fargo, and the United States Secret Service¦ Nelson holds a master,s degree in Organizational Management from The University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millersville University, and numerous certifications. Nelson serves as board treasurer of The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the performance, education, and preservation of jazz music.
