Josh Plank

Josh Plank currently serves in the capacity of ESOP Director at Blue Ridge Associates where he owns critical relationships with key ESOP plan sponsors. He has over 13 years of experience in the ESOP field. Before joining Blue Ridge, he worked as an ESOP Manager, ESOP Consultant and ESOP Analyst for a privately held retirement services provider. In these roles, he worked across multiple departments on ESOP related technology projects focused on the participant online experience. He is responsible for all facets of ESOP plan administration on a variety of plans—including trust accounting, allocations, compliance testing and distribution processing. He is a valuable resource as a mentor and leader, providing guidance on technical ESOP issues.

Scott is a Director of ESOP Administrator with Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. He has been working with retirement plans for 20 years, 15 of those with ESOPs. His experience lies not only in the technical aspects of administration, but as a guide for new ESOP companies, an educational specialist for employees, and a presenter of various topics both nationally and regionally. Scott works with employee-owned companies across the nation, but is located in Atlanta, GA.
