Ms. Radogna has been appraising private businesses for 20 years. Patrice is one of the leaders of VRC's national ESOP practice. Prior to VRC, she held positions with two boutique firms and an accounting firm. She has provided valuation services to hundreds of clients throughout New England for engagements including recapitalizations, tax transactions, shareholder disputes/dissolutions, M&A, and for ESOP purposes. Patrice holds a Finance degree from Boston College and is accredited by two appraisal associations, through which she holds the designations of: Accredited Senior Appraiser and Certified Business Appraiser well as being a Certified Public Accountant.
