Natasha Fedder

Natasha is a dedicated advocate with over thirteen years of civil litigation experience. She focuses her practice on ERISA litigation and U.S. Department of Labor ("DOL") investigations involving ESOPs, 401(k) plans, and health benefit plans. She has litigated cases against the U.S. Secretary of Labor and private plaintiffs in federal and state courts across the country and guided clients through DOL investigations run out of numerous regional offices. In her current practice, Natasha represents parties to small benefits-related litigation matters, non-party document and deposition subpoena recipients in ERISA class actions, and recipients of document and witness interview requests in DOL investigations. Natasha graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and previously practiced law at O'Melveny & Myers, Groom Law Group, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Allison Egan

Allison focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. She regularly represents clients facing litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). She represents plan sponsors, directors, benefits committees and plan fiduciaries of employee benefits plans, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), in class action litigation for breach of fiduciary duty and prohibited transactions, as well as in lawsuits and investigations brought by the Department of Labor.
