In this session, we will be answering the most frequently asked executive compensation questions that we heard at the 2025 NCEO Annual Conference. This session will complement the FAQs of Executive Compensation session at the Annual Conference. Topics of discussion may include corporate governance, compensation philosophy, long-term incentive design and important legal considerations.

Learning Objectives:

1. Upon completion the participant will be able to understand the three core elements of executive compensation.

2. Upon completion, the participant will be able to identify the most common long-term incentive design approaches at ESOP-owned companies.

3. Upon completion, the participant will be able to understand how ESOP-owned companies’ compensation philosophy compares to a broader market.
