Launched in 2021 as a health insurance captive exclusive to ESOP companies, OWN Health provides ESOPs with significantly lower healthcare costs than traditional health insurance. You will hear from member companies how they have leveraged the transparency, programs tools and member resources to lower costs, better health outcomes for employee-owners, and improved program stability.
