Barbara M. Clough
Barbara is responsible for client relations, plan administration, and compliance for ESOP plan sponsors as well as client relations, training, mentoring, and managing the ESOP team. Barbara holds a BS from UMass. She is an NCEO board member, immediate past chairwoman of the ESOP Association's Administrative Advisory Committee, ASPPA credentialed, and a frequent speaker/author.
Renee Stadtmueller
Renee has over 19 years of experience providing administration and consulting advice to ESOP clients. She is a CPA and holds the QPA designation from ASPPA. Renee is a speaker on ESOP administration topics for both the ESOP Association and the NCEO. She works closely with plan sponsors, accountants, advisors, and legal counsel to provide guidance on plan design, compliance, and operation.
