Adam Weber
Adam is a cofounder at Emplify where he leads a team of engagement experts focusing on new business growth. Previously, he served as cofounder and VP of sales at Bluebridge Digital, which was divested in 2016 for $8 million. Adam has a master's degree in organizational communication from Ball State University, is a former musician, retired pastor, and aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Indiana with his wife and two sons.
Nicole MacLean
Nicole, director of relationship marketing at Emplify, oversees the company,s partnership and event channels. Strategically minded and creatively inclined, she leads a dynamic team focused on attaining and growing new partner and customer relationships through meaningful brand experiences. She has built her career around a passion for employee engagement, and is an advocate for gender equality in the workplace, founding the internal Women of Emplify affinity group. She was named one of Indy's Most Pivotal Leaders in 2019.
