Alex Grasser
Alex Grasser is a Associate Director of Sustainability in the Louisville office of SCJ Fiduciary Services. He has spent 10+ years partnering with business owners and senior leadership. His expertise includes administration and sustainability analysis of complex defined contribution plans with an emphasis in ESOPs. Alex has extensive experience with new ESOP feasibility and ongoing sustainability analysis. He received his BSBA in Finance and Business Economics from Northern Arizona University and MBA from the University of Louisville.

Matthew Silla, ASA, CFA, is a Principal in the Business Valuation department. As an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Matt has been responsible for the development of several hundreds of business valuation engagements for a variety of businesses and ownership interests covering various industries. Matt has more than 15 years of professional experience and has focused exclusively on valuation services since 2004. Matt is a member of The ESOP Association and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center. He has made numerous presentations on the topic of business valuation over the years.Â
