Becky Streff brings deep expertise in ESOPs, with a strong background in plan design, administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and employee engagement. With a diverse skill set spanning human resources, strategic planning, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions, Becky combines technical knowledge with a passion for aligning people and culture with organizational goals. Her international experience across China, Taiwan, and India further enriches her perspective on global business strategy and execution.

Barbara Clough is a Vice President at Blue Ridge Associates. Barbara has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in ESOP administration, her technical expertise includes navigating tricky administration and compliance issues. As an ERISA expert, she ensures adherence to Code Section compliance and provides strategic guidance to clients on plan design, legal matters, and IRS & DOL inquiries.
