He also partnered with 1863 Ventures, where he led an industry-agnostic program focused on scaling businesses through operational improvements, sustainable sales processes, human capital best practices and financial management. He has more than 10 years of experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors focused on successfully advising senior executives on how to identify and implement actions needed to achieve their business goals. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College.
