Virginia J. Vanderslice
Virginia (Ginny), is a founding partner of Praxis Consulting Group where her work  has focused on assisting employee-owned companies in developing high performance ownership cultures.  She specifically focuses on  leadership development, succession planning, high-involvement strategic planning, organizational culture transition, and internal restructuring. She also is the Academic Director of the Penn ESOP CEO leadership program that is co-sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania and the Employee Ownership Foundation.
