Our meetings offer a balance of structured discussion and unstructured time, allowing the group to explore topics that matter most to you. Structure of the CEO Cohorts
Meet every other month for two hours with the same group of CEOs, building relationships and sharing real-world solutions to the challenges you face. This is your chance to connect with fellow leaders who understand your struggles, with no outside motives - just honest feedback to help your company thrive.
Additional meetings throughout the year are provided for all cohorts to meet as one group with an expert in the field to discuss a specific topic. These meetings are optional and typically occur in the months between.
These sessions will focus on a variety of essential leadership, communication, and workplace skills and topics, including:

- Executive compensation strategies and best practices
- ESOP policies and governance best practices

The NCEO CEO Network provided a ready-made network of peers from other ESOP companies. I learned more during our discussions on governance, culture, and other issues unique to ESOPs than I did from hours and hours of reading.

How to Join/Fees
The ESOP CEO Peer Network has an annual participation fee of $900, and space is intentionally limited to ensure a high-quality, small-group experience. Active NCEO membership is required. Fees are billed annually based on your month of enrollment.
To apply, simply submit the application form. Once received, we’ll follow up to confirm your acceptance, cohort placement (time and date), and provide your invoice.
