The School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University has announced it is accepting applications for fellowships in the upcoming academic year. Since its establishment, the program has supported over 120 academics in a variety of fields and across many institutions.

Results from our 2020 ESOP Executive Compensation Survey, containing detailed compensation data from 424 ESOP companies, are now available. The survey report includes breakouts by company size (revenue and employee count), industry, percent ESOP ownership, age of ESOP, and S/C corporation status.

From September 14 to 16, the 2020 Fall ESOP Forum will showcase the best resources the ESOP world has to offer for you and your company. To help you navigate which sessions will give you the answers you need, we have put together a curriculum guide with six tracks for a variety of roles and ESOP questions.

Thank you to all of the sponsors, speakers, attendees, and staff who helped make our 2021 annual conference a rousing success! It not only was the largest virtual gathering in NCEO history but with 1,940 attendees was the second-largest event we’ve ever hosted, placing it just behind our last in-person annual conference in Pittsburgh, PA.

The survey report presents data on board composition, director compensation, trustee types, trustee compensation, and other governance topics, drawing on responses from 302 ESOP company respondents. Data is broken out by industry, percent ESOP, corporate type, number of employees, age of plan, and revenue.

The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing invites applications from doctoral students and pre/post tenure scholars for the 2021–2022 research fellowship competition.

If there is anything that 2020 has taught our community, it’s reinvention. We at the NCEO have made incredible changes to our programming over the past 10 months. Along the way, we learned valuable lessons about how we fit into your lives.

The NCEO’s 2022 ESOP Executive Compensation Survey report is now available. The report draws on data from 380 ESOP companies surveyed online in June-August 2022, collecting detailed information on base pay, cash incentives, stock-based compensation, and retirement contributions for eight common executive positions at ESOP companies. .
