2021 to 2022 Academic Fellowships in Employee Ownership
The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing invites applications from doctoral students and pre/post tenure scholars for the 2021–2022 research fellowship competition.
The topics of an application may cover any form of broad-based employee share ownership, equity compensation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), employee ownership trusts (EOTs), worker cooperatives, profit sharing, and gain sharing. The Institute welcomes applications in business, economics, finance, psychology, sociology, history, law, management, philosophy, political science, public policy, the humanities, and social sciences.
Several $25,000 and $12,500 fellowships will be available for scholars from the United States, Canada, and internationally. Stipends can be used for research, travel, or other expenses and are awarded for residence at the scholar’s home university. Submit an application with a detailed research plan to carry out the study with three letters of reference (sent separately) by April 30, 2021, for decisions by May 15, 2021, to fellowship_program@smlr.rutgers.edu or beysterfellowships@smlr.rutgers.edu.
