Join the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Community

Employee ownership trusts (EOTs) are a rapidly growing model of employee ownership in the U.S., and the NCEO is dedicated to supporting EOT companies in their development and success. While we provide a wide range of online resources for EOTs, there is no substitute for connecting with peers from other EOT companies. The strength of employee ownership lies in the open exchange of ideas and the opportunity to learn from others.

We invite you to participate in a series of one-hour online peer gatherings specifically for companies with EOTs. Some meetings are open to anyone interested in EOTs, while others are reserved for companies that currently have or are considering implementing an EOT. These sessions provide an invaluable opportunity for EOTs to share experiences, discuss challenges, and gain insights from different parts of the employee ownership community.
