A communications committee is a valuable tool for any ESOP company working to improve its ownership culture. This fall, our Communications Committee Crash Course will train participants on what makes a committee work best.

Conversing and networking to learn all that you can from other ESOP companies can make a huge difference in your company's culture and performance. The NCEO will host an online conversation and networking opportunity for our members on what employee-owners really want.

It is important to build a rhythm and cadence in communications and internal education initiatives with employee-owners.

Any company, employee-owned or not, would love to have a culture in which employees think and act like owners. As we have said time and time again, the ESOP alone cannot create this type of attitude or engagement.
